  • To contact reception, dial 9# available 24 hours.

  • Check- in from 15.00 h.

  • Check-out time 11.00 h, your key card will be deactivated at this time.

  • Late check outs are available subject to availability. Please contact Reception the day before departure for confirmation and prices.

Courtesy Showers

  • Complimentary showers are available free of charge after check out and are located near the Kids Club.
  • The key will be available from Reception.

Credit cards

  •  For your convenience we accept major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card and Maestro.

Bellboy service

  • The luggage room is located at the main entrance.
  • The complex assumes no responsibility for loss of luggage or belongings.

Currency exchange. Service with charge.

  • Available 24 hours a day at Reception.
  • Please note that foreign currencies can only be exchanged for Euros. We do not exchange travellers cheques. Please check our daily exchange rate.
  • Photo identification is required for all foreign currency transactions. 

Cash machine

  •  There is a ATM machine located at Reception. 

Lost property 

  • In the event of a lost property, please report it to Reception as soon as possible.
  • The Resort is not responsible for any objects or valuables that are not kept in the safe provided in your room. 

Taxi Service 

  • Available 24 hours a day. For information on taxi fares and distances, please contact Reception or Public Relations.
    During high season, there may be long waiting times for taxi services to and from the resort. 

Visitors

  • In the event that someone is not staying at the Resort and wishes to enjoy the facilities, they can choose from one of the following options with charge:
    • Day Pass valid from 10.30am to midnight. With extra charge.
    • Half Day Pass valid from 04.00pm to midnight. With extra charge.
  • Hairdresser, makeup artists or any other external worker that comes to the hotel to exclusively provide there services to a guest, the cost of access to the hotel to perform the service is 32€ per day.
  • Identification will be required.

  • Only our guests are allowed in the resort.
