Pool towel service

The towel card given to you at check-in can be exchanged for a towel at the pools.

Towels can only be used during the stay. Before your check out, please return the towel to the pool staff and bring the towel card back to the Reception, otherwise a € 20 charge will be added to your account for each towel.
- The pool does not have Lifeguard Service
- Outside swimming pool hours, bathing is prohibited when subjected to the treatment that keeps the water in perfect condition.
- For its correct use, before accessing the swimming pools, consult the information signs where the current regulations appear.
- It is not allowed to reserve hammocks with clothes or other objects. The Resort staff will be able to remove all the elements that reserve them.
- Except for cuffs and floats for beginners, the use of mats, figures or other inflatable elements are not allowed in the pools due to regional legislation.
